Coalinga College would like to congratulate its first Student-Athletes of the Week, Amber Cerny from the women's volleyball team and football's Donovan Urbina!

Amber Cerny, Women's Volleyball (Freshman, Outside Hitter, Henderson, NV / Coronado HS)
Amber got the season stared scoring 25 points against Sierra College (18 Kills, 6 Aces) while leading the team in digs with 25. Against Sacramento City College, Amber led the team in scoring with 17 points on 10 Kills and 7 Aces.

Donovan Urbina, Football (Sophomore, Offensive Lineman, Coalinga HS)
Donovan is a returning All-Conference award winner for the Falcons and has had a great fall camp and has been an anchor for our offensive line and led our offense in our scrimmage vs Bakersfield and Reedley College. Donovan has earned a 3.65 GPA while here at Coalinga and will graduate with his degree in May of 2026.
