Coalinga College would like to congratulate its Student-Athletes of the Week, Noah Castro from the baseball team and softball’s Minayah Singleton!

Noah Castro, Baseball (Sophomore, First Base/Designated Hitter, Madera HS / Madera, CA)
Noah earns Player of the Week honors after putting together an efficient and impactful stretch at the plate. He went 4-for-8 on the week, consistently finding ways to get on base and drive in runs, finishing with four RBIs. Noah’s ability to come through in key moments and produce offensively provided a steady spark for his team, highlighting both his approach and reliability as a contributor in the lineup.

Minayah Singleton, Softball (Freshman, Middle Infield, Coalinga HS / Coalinga, CA)
Minayah went 3-for-5 (.600) this week, reaching base every time and delivering consistent, high-quality at-bats. She also played flawless defense with a perfect fielding percentage, making her impact felt on both sides of the ball.
