Alexis Espinoza, Softball (Sophomore, PitcherOutfield, Eleanor Roosevelt HS / Riverside, CA)
Alexis delivered a strong performance in the circle this week, throwing three solid innings against Fresno City in relief. She maintained an impressive 2.30 ERA while keeping her team steady and competitive, stepping up in a key moment to hold things down defensively. 

Carlos Perez, Baseball (Freshman, Catcher, Deer Valley HS / Antioch, CA)
Carlos Perez is the player of the week for the Falcons. The backstop was a steady calming presence behind the dish all week, tossing out a runner trying to steal and managing the pitching staff well through danger. He was also .400 at the plate for the week, going 4 for 10 with a run scored.
