2014: Michael redshirted at West Hills College in 2014.
2013: Michael played his freshman season at 4 year NAIA school Simpson University in Redding, CA under coach Travis Fortner.
High School: Michael was a three sport athlete at Caruthers High School, as he played two years on varsity for football and basketball, while he played three years of varsity baseball. He earned 2nd team All-Conference as a football player his senior season. Michael also was a 2nd team All-Conference baseball selection his sophomore season, and earned 1st team All-Conference as a junior and senior. He was named Senior Athlete of the Year.
Personal: Son of Shannon and Everett Edlund… His favorite movie is The Replacements… Favorite pro teams are the San Francisco Giants, the Golden State Warriors, the San Jose Sharks, and the Green Bay Packers… born on August 18, 1994…After his baseball career is over, Michael would like to become a guidance counselor.
