Former West Hills College Coalinga basketball player Adedokun Olanrewaju (Class of 2007) is in his first season as a Falcons assistant coach.

Olanrewaju (coach "Ade") recently worked four years at Coalinga High School as the head coach of the junior varsity team and an assistant coach of the varsity program. During that time, the Horned Toads made consecutive trips to the Division 4 valley championship game in 2013 and 2014.

Prior to coaching at Coalinga HS, Olanrewaju began his coaching career at SUNY Maritime College in Bronx, NY from 2010-2012. During his two seasons he coached two all-conference players.

Olanrewaju currently works for the Coalinga-Huron School District as a substitute teacher. He has the privilege of working with a number of different students.

While working for the school district, Olanrewaju completed his master's degree in physical education from Fresno Pacific University in 2016. He also completed his B.A. degree in maritime studies from SUNY Maritime College in 2011; and his A.A. degree from West Hills College Coalinga in 2007.

Olanrewaju also works as an adjunct P.E. instructor at WHCC.
