After its Bye Week midseason, the West Hills Falcons will return to action this Saturday, hosting an undefeated Foothill College team.

It's the final crossover American Division game for WHCC (2-2 overall and 1-1 in the Golden Coast League) as the Owls (6-0, 2-0 Pacific 7 League) look to avenge a home loss to the Falcons last season.

"This may be our biggest challenge yet," said WHCC head coach Justin Berna.

"Foothill has very good personnel and you can tell that they are well-coached. They have good players at each position; one of the hottest teams in the state."

While the Falcons have scored more points per game this season (31.0 ppg compared to Foothill's 19.0 scoring average) - it's the Owls defense that's been most dominant.

The Foothill defense is allowing only 9.8 points per contest - ranking first in Northern California. The Falcons, meanwhile, have been in a few scoring shootouts - allowing 25.8 points per game.
