No. 6 Falcons Honored At Team Banquet

The Coalinga Elks Lodge hosted the West Hills College Coalinga football team on Thursday night for its 2017 awards banquet dinner.

Head Coach Justin Berna and his staff presented awards in several categories, as selected by the players.

The team also honored 11 All-Golden Coast League players, in addition to four Northern California Football Conference Players of the Week winners.

WHCC finished the season 6-3 overall and 4-2 in the GCL (second place) - and ranked No. 6 in the final regular season American Division poll. Many Falcon sophomores are currently being recruited and offered scholarships from several four-year colleges and universities.
