Jake Lorenzini Signs Letter of Intent to DII Wayne State College

Jake Lorenzini has signed his letter of intent to play at Division II Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. Jake is one of three Lorenzini brothers to play baseball at West Hills College, as his older brother Braxton played for Coach McGovern in 2015 and was drafted by the San Diego Padres. His younger brother Cody was a starting pitcher for the Falcons this season as a freshman. Jake was a two year starter for the Falcons, as he played every game last year as the starting third baseman. This year, he started every game for the Falcons as the everyday shortstop. Jake is a sure-handed defensive player, that has good speed, and proved to be a good hitter in his two years at WHCC. In his two years as a Falcon, Jake collected over 80 hits, scored over 60 runs, had 14 doubles, 3 triples, one home run, and 16 stolen bases.
