  • Introduction of inductees during half time

6 pm - Social Hour – West Hills College Gymnasium  300 Cherry Lane  Coalinga 

  • Everyone; please check in at the RSVP table as you enter the foyer
  • Inductees; after checking in, please pick up your name badge and boutonniere
  • Presenters; after checking in, please pick up your name badge

Hors D oeuvres

Decaf & Regular Fresh Brewed Coffee

Iced tea with lemons and water with lemons & cucumbers are provided with your meal

Soft drinks, wine and beer are available for a nominal charge;

you may purchase drink tickets at the RSVP table

7 pm - Presentation of inductees

Mid way through inductions - Dinner

  • Teriyaki glazed boneless/skinless chicken breast

  • New York steak

  • Garlic mashed potatoes with brown gravy

  • Green beans with bacon & onions

  • Pasta salad

  • Fancy green salad with croutons, bacon bits and beets (on the side)

  • Dinner rolls with butter

  • Cheesecake bar
Dinner is complementary for inductee all others are $60.00 per person
