Campus Life

Being a part of the West Hills College campus is an exciting part of one's journey here in Coalinga.  The small campus atmosphere allows students to have one-on-one contact with professors, staff, and administrators.  The campus is nestled in between the I-5 and the foothills leading to the California coastline.

The campus has recently undergone exciting renovations.  The library is outfitted with computers, couches, plush chairs and study rooms.  Classrooms have up-to-date technology which allows for collaboration and learning.  And athletics recently received a new $12 million facelift -- a new weight room with brand new equipment and big screen TV's, new coaches offices, new locker rooms, and a new training facility give West Hills College some of the top athletic facilities among all California JUCO's.

Students have the option of living in either on campus dormitories or off campus apartments.  An on campus cafeteria provides three meals a day for student-athletes and offers a variety of food choices.  Apartments are located within walking distance of the campus.
