Justin Bailey joined the Falcon staff of Head Coach Cal Tincher at the start of fall season in 2009 and coaches the team’s wide receivers/kickers. He also assists with special teams and serves as the Recruiting Coordinator/Equipment Coordinator/Film Editor Coordinator.

He coached 2009 All-Conference wide receiver Montel Gamble, who signed with Norfolk State in Virginia.

Bailey coached wide receivers and kickers at the Doane College in Nebraska for one year as a full-time coach. The Columbus, Nebraska, native is a 2007 graduate of Doane College where he played wide receiver and kicker.

Bailey then earned his bachelor degree of Science emphasis in Sport Management and is working on his master degree in Kinesiology while also assisting with the football team.
